Great Mexican Food!
I love this place. Their burritos and tacos are really good, but the best part is really their tamales! They are sinfully delicious, and they only charge $10 for a dozen! I just ate there and it was fantastic!

Two Thumbs Up!
More authentic mexican fare than most others. (You know it's authentic when they have menudo and chicharrones on their menu.) I judge a mexican restaurant by their beef tamales, and this place has top notch tamales. Tasty shredded beef and good portions. It has been a while since I have had menudo and theirs was full of flavor and kick. It would be a great dish to have on a cold, winters day. |
Yummy and Fast
Fast and friendly hot spot for lunch. You can linger or you can get in and out quickly. Food is cheap and very good and staff is always friendly. Good drink specials too.

Comforting and Consistant
I have been going to El Parral with my family for the past 15 years at least and have never been disappointed. Heck, this was my birthday destination of choice for years and years. They are fast, consistent with flavor and it's crazy cheap. I was recently diagnosed with celiac disease and the saddest thing to me was that I can no longer get their burritos (especially the chicarron ones smothered with lettuce and cheese! favorite ever). The menudo is always good and satisfying and the taquitos de carne adobada will always make me happy. I think it's sad that people would rather have fancied up Mexican food when this is so comforting.

Great food. Great Price.
My wife and I will go out of our way to go here when we are in the mood for Mexican. the Chimi's are crisp and great and the fajitas are outstanding. it won't cost you a fortune and your seated and eating in no time. starving and on a budget? This is the mexican restaurant for you!!!
